Q. Is it better to wear a half size or a full size in boots?
A. Full size is always the best option when buying a pair of boots. When you buy your boots, make sure you're wearing the socks you would be wearing with them if they were for everyday use. If you're going to be wearing thicker socks with your new boots, size your boots to accommodate them. For thinner socks, buy boots for the size your feet are bare.
Q. Are Ugg Boots Waterproof?
A. Ugg boots are not waterproof and should not be worn when it is raining. However, a waterproof spray is recommended to protect the leather from water damage.
Q. Do I need to treat my boots?
A. The majority of our LeSansa boots are pre-treated during the manufacturing process. However, we do recommend the regular use of a natural leather treatment to condition and preserve the leather. This in turn will help prolong the life of your boots while keeping them weatherproof.
Q. How are LeSansa boots supposed to fit?
A. Length is primary consideration when fitting LeSansa boots. Walk around in the boots and get a sense of whether your front-most toe is touching the front of the boots. If they are consistently touching the front of the boots, then the boots are too small. A thumb width (or minimum of ½ an inch) of space between your heel and the end of the boot is recommended for a good fit. Check our size guide to measure your feet and convert to correct size.
Q. Do LeSansa boots stretch out?
A. The instep pressure will often dissipate with regular wear after a two-to-three-week period, once the leather begins to stretch.
