These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to prices in our retail stores.
Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Returns of purchases made online must be sent back to lesansa.com. If you are eligible for a return send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm with your order details and reason for return and we will provide you with further instructions.
Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores. (refer below for more details). Online purchases are processed Monday to Friday, excluding all public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Worldwide shipping is also available and will take up to 5 - 10 business days to complete.
Prices are subject to change without notice and Le Sansa reserves the right to reject any order and give a full refund. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of making your purchase. Le Sansa is not responsible for refunds, exchanges or price matching pertaining to the original purchased price.
At Le Sansa we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that doesn’t fit or suit. We offer refunds and exchanges in line with the policy’s below. When you receive your new Le Sansa shoes we recommend you try them on somewhere where they wont get marked or damaged in any way. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.
Footwear should be tried and tested indoors only and returned shoe boxes must be free of tape and stickers to ensure they can be restocked. Any item returned that does not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer and a refund will be declined.
Return & Exchange Period
Le Sansa customer service team must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your purchase should you wish to return or exchange any of your items.
Returns (exchange size or refund) can be placed by posting shoes directly at our warehouse address
1/99 Silverwater Road, Silverwater 2128 SYDNEY.
Exchange will be processed the following business day on arrival of parcel at our warehouse.
Please print and fill out this RETURN FORM and send it with the shoes so that the refund can be processed to your account (subject to policy listed below).
P.S - The postage will be charged by the courier company for returns and exchange.
If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you’ve changed your mind and are requesting a refund, Le Sansa is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase or require a replacement for original order. We advise you to return the products to our NZ warehouse and they will process refund or exchange within 1 business day of receiving the return post. The return address is as below -

On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, Le Sansa will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.
*Please allow a 2-3 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement once processed. Unfortunately some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
